    • Solving compositing challenges and developing the final look while meeting our client’s highest expectations

    • Performing tasks such as Matte extraction from blue/green screen plates, Tracking, Roto, Paint & color correction. Integrating both live action and CG elements.

    • Proficiency in Autodesk FlameKnowledge of compositing workflows, file formats, naming conventions, scripts and tools

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Experience with VFX supervision, script breakdown and bidding

    • Strong creative and technical abilities

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Communicating client's direction to in house leads and artists

    • Artistic supervision for artists and client

    • Approving shots for delivery to the client

    • Working with Producers and Coordinators to manage the project schedule/budget
